Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of Flirrio, and outlines the rules and guidelines that users must follow when engaging with the platform. Flirrio seeks to foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for its users and creators. Violations of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on Flirrio:

• Illegal Content: Users must not upload, share, or engage in any activity that violates the law, including but not limited to content that is illegal in their jurisdiction, child exploitation, or trafficking.
• Harmful Behavior: Engaging in harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech, or promoting violence is strictly prohibited.
• Non-consensual Content: Content involving minors, animals, or any form of non-consensual acts will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
• Spamming and Phishing: Users must not engage in spamming or phishing attempts designed to trick other users into revealing private information or spreading malware.
• Unauthorized Distribution: Redistribution or unauthorized sharing of another creator's content is not allowed, unless explicitly authorized by the creator.

3. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. By uploading content to Flirrio, you confirm that you have the right to distribute the content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Flirrio respects the rights of content owners and will investigate claims of infringement in accordance with applicable copyright laws. Users can file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice if their intellectual property rights are being violated.

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe that any content or activity on Flirrio violates this Acceptable Use Policy, you must report it immediately. To report a violation, please email us at support@flirrio.com. All complaints will be reviewed within 7 business days and appropriate action will be taken.

5. Enforcement and Consequences

Flirrio reserves the right to take the following actions if a user violates this AUP:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of the user's account.
• Immediate removal of infringing content.
• Legal action, including but not limited to contacting law enforcement or pursuing legal remedies.

6. Modifications to this Policy

Flirrio reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
