Flirrio Terms of Use

1. Terms of Use

Welcome to Flirrio. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or view content on Flirrio.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Flirrio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not upload or share content that is illegal, violent, hateful, abusive, or sexually exploitative. Content involving minors, animals, or non-consensual acts is strictly prohibited.

Users must hold rights to any content they publish and must obtain consent from all individuals featured.

3. Fan-Creator Agreement

Fans support Creators via subscriptions or one-time payments. Creators grant limited, non-commercial access to their content in exchange for payment. Content may not be shared or redistributed.

Flirrio is not a party to the contract between Fans and Creators and is not liable for disputes between them.

4. Store & Marketplace

Flirrio enables Creators to operate personal stores where they can sell physical and digital products to users. These transactions are direct agreements between Buyers and Creators.

4.1 Creator Responsibilities

• Creators are responsible for listing, pricing, and fulfilling all items sold in their store.
• All products must comply with Flirrio's content standards and applicable laws.
• Physical goods must be shipped in a timely manner, and Creators must handle any delivery-related support.
• Creators are responsible for processing returns or refunds when required by consumer law or their store policy.

4.2 Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers purchase items directly from Creators and agree to the Creator’s store policies.
• Flirrio does not guarantee the quality or delivery of items and is not responsible for disputes.
• Buyers should communicate with the Creator for any product-related questions or issues.

4.3 Payments and Commission

• Flirrio takes a commission on each sale made in the Store according to the current fee schedule available in the user panel.
• Withdrawals for Creators are processed to their bank account or electronic payment system, following the payout rules defined in the withdrawal panel.
• If fraud or policy violations are suspected, Flirrio reserves the right to withhold payments and conduct an investigation.

4.4 Digital Products

• Digital products (such as photos, videos, PDF files, and ZIP archives) must be original and comply with Flirrio's content standards and applicable laws.
• Creators are responsible for ensuring that digital products are free from copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party content.

5. Referral Program Terms

Flirrio may offer referral rewards to users who bring in new Creators. Terms and commission rates are subject to change. Abuse or manipulation of the system may result in account termination.

6. Complaints Policy

If you believe another user has violated these terms, please report the issue to support@flirrio.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 7 business days.

7. Appeals Policy

If your account or content has been suspended or removed, you have the right to appeal by contacting our support team. Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of the action.

8. VAT Policy

Flirrio may apply VAT to transactions where required by law. Prices shown may include applicable taxes depending on your location. You are responsible for declaring income in your jurisdiction.

9. Community Guidelines

Flirrio promotes a respectful, inclusive, and positive environment. Hate speech, harassment, and discrimination are not tolerated. Be kind, respectful, and authentic.

Users found in breach of these guidelines may be removed without notice.
